Refund policy

A full refund will be issued if the product hasn’t been shipped out. 
If your package is returned to us, you will receive a refund for the products only. No refund will be issued for the shipping cost.

If your product gets lost for more than 1 month, we will accommodate and figure out with the customer if a refund will be issued or a replacement. 

Due to extreme weather, Lipglossbyclaudia LLC is NOT responsible for body butters melting on delivery. We pack all body butter orders with ice packs and insulation.
