Processing time: 1-20 business days for ALL orders. We strive for 12 business days or less.
RATES ARE DETERMINED BY UPS, LIPGLOSSBYCLAUDIA DOES NOT CONTROL SHIPPING PRICES.
ONCE YOUR PACKING SLIP IS PRINTED, YOU’LL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER VIA EMAIL OR SMS TEXT MESSAGE.
Once your package has been sent out, Lipglossbyclaudia is not responsible for your package once in UPS’s facility.
WRONG ADDRESS - the customer is responsible for adding the correct address at checkout. If your package was delivered somewhere in your town other than your residence, please contact UPS
MISSING PACKAGE - if your package goes missing by UPS, a refund will be issued for the products ONLY - No refund on shipping.
PLEASE ADD ROUTE PROTECTION TO EVERY ORDER! THIS PROTECTS YOU FROM LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
DELIVERED- If your package is marked delivered and it’s not in your mailbox, please contact UPS - they will get in contact with your mail person to see where they left the package. THERE WILL BE AN OPEN INVESTIGATION
INVALID ADDRESS - if your address doesn’t contain a house number, correct city, town, zip code, you will be contacted via email , text message to get the correct address. If there’s no answer, you will be refunded in 24 hours.
if your package gets sent back to us due to invalid address your order will be refunded - not shipping
RETURN POLICY - if a product is damaged, we will send a return label to you to print, and ship back to us. Once we receive your broken item. We will refund you for the item, not the shipping as the label was already created and that money was used for the label.
